Schedule-

Full Time 9am-6pm Tuesday-Friday & Saturdays 10am-4pm

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required: 
• 2+ years’ experience in multi-family housing. 
o Excellent computer skills, able to effectively navigate industry software (YARDI). 
o General knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines. 
o Consistent successful application of fair housing and other legal requirements for leasing and marketing property/units. 

Compensation and Benefits Available:

• $14 -$17 per hour   
• Commissions (up to $100/ renewal secured and up to $75/ new lease)
