Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us . **Summary:** The Associate Director, Dermatology and Rheumatology Congress Strategy is responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive, multi-channel high impact congress strategy. This individual will work closely with cross-functional matrix colleagues to ensure a positive presence for the brand while driving operational excellence for the 100+ congress meetings that occur annually. The Associate Director will also be lead and partner with key agency colleagues. This role offers the opportunity to deepen commercial skills, as well as to cultivate strategy and operations experience. The awarded candidate will also gain launch experience and consistent exposure to the Immunology Commercial Leadership Team. **Responsibilities:** + Develop a comprehensive congress strategy aligned to brand Strategic Imperatives and key business opportunities + Apply insights, analytics and sound decision making to develop personalized execution plans for each congress that ladders up to the overarching congress strategy + Serve as the central point across the matrix for all congress related activities + Represent BMS as point of contact for Congress organizers in conjunction with the RMK team + Ensure operational effectiveness for each congress meeting, including budget ownership and management + Lead and develop necessary tactics supporting a strong and positive presence for each congress meeting + Lead Congress Governance and planning meetings + Provide a strong voice and presence within multi-disciplinary teams (i.e. Business Insights & Technology, Medical Affairs, Sales, Patient Access Support Services) to listen, share and provide brand perspective **Qualifications:** + BS/BA degree required.
