As a Body Shop Prepper II for Manheim (a Cox Automotive company), you'll work on all sorts of vehicles, preparing all the repaired and primed panels for a new paint job. Requirements include:Minimum:3+ years of relevant experience (body shop and/or prepping experience; collision and/or mechanical estimating experience).The ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.Valid driver's license and safe driving record.Preferred:Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.Valid Annual Respirator Fit Test documentation.Valid HAPS Paint Training Certification.1+ years of customer service experience.Just picture that restored ride gleaming like new. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Benefits:Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
