Job Description

We are seeking a Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for guests booking at our collection of restaurants. This hybrid role provides a seamless reservation process while delivering an exceptional guest experience from the very first interaction.
Job Summary
The Reservations Executive is responsible for managing all guest reservations efficiently and professionally. They serve as the first point of contact for guests making bookings, ensuring a seamless reservation experience, providing accurate information, and coordinating with the service team to meet guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all reservation inquiries via phone, email, online booking platforms, and in person with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain and update reservation records and the booking calendar
Provide guests with information about menus, services, events, and policies
Manage changes, cancellations, and special arrangements with professionalism
Collaborate with the front of house and service teams to ensure reservation accuracy and guest satisfaction
Address guest concerns or complaints related to reservations with tact and efficiency
Qualifications
Previous experience in reservations, guest services, or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in reservation management software
Professional appearance and demeanour
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations gracefully

Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations team
Ability to work the required Wednesday–Sunday schedule
