About the role
As a CRM Specialist , you will be responsible for providing first-tier support for Insight’s CRM, Salesforce. We will count on you to review, troubleshoot, and resolve internal Salesforce users’ support requests via ServiceDesk in a thorough, yet expediated manner while meeting our expected service level agreement (SLA). Along the way, you will get to:
· Provide first-tier support for users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues
· Rectify issues either through end-user walkthrough, troubleshooting locally, or engaging with 3rd party partners
· Troubleshoot and diagnose cases by evaluating multiple options using checklists and guides
· Identify trends and gaps to proactively help the CRM team provide better user experiences

What we’re looking for
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology preferred (or equivalent experience)
· Experience providing functional or technical customer service
· Proven 2 years supporting Salesforce
· Strong verbal and written English communication skills
