Description *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Robert Half is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to support compliance and incident response initiatives while a current leader shifts focus to AI programs. The role is an equal blend of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Incident Response functions. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Lead GRC efforts including policy, risk register, third-party risk, and compliance with standards such as CMMC, ISO 27001, GDPR, CPRA, and TISAX + Support C3PAO audit readiness for CMMC certification (targeting Sept/Oct) + Manage ISO 27001 surveillance audits and broader audit lifecycle + Oversee and execute incident response plans, post-incident reviews, and strategic tabletop exercises + Guide privacy and data protection strategies aligned with GDPR and CCPA + Contribute to cyber resilience programs including recovery testing and business continuity Must-Have Qualifications: + Deep experience in GRC, CMMC, ISO 27001, and Incident Response + 12+ years in IT security/assurance; 7+ years in senior GRC/SecOps roles + Preferred certifications: CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
