The help desk technician is responsible for providing quick and effective front line support to client users across a variety of tools and technologies. Support is typically related to workstation hardware and software support on Windows machines, O365 products and various line of business applications. Some printing and phone support, as well as occasional onsite troubleshooting or installation will come up. The job is located in the Knoxville, TN office.
