Job Summary

Our client is currently seeking a Mechanical Assembler III who operates the coating booth, applies a thermal spray to complex gas turbine components per OEM drawings while maintaining safety as the top priority performs quality inspections throughout the coating process, and meets all engineering requirements to maintain the highest quality standards

Job Description

• Operates the coating booth
• Applies thermal spray to complex gas turbine components per OEM drawings while maintaining safety as the top priority
• Performs quality inspections throughout the coating process
• Meets all engineering requirements to maintain the highest quality standards
• Ability to edit and write programs from scratch using FANUC programming

Skills Required

• 8+ years of experience
• Thermal coating experience required
• Exceptional coating/mechanical background
• Require ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other material-moving equipment
• Superior knowledge of coating operations, coating equipment, fixtures, and parameters for the coating process
• Ability to work with no supervision and instruction

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Start Day of Week: Monday (8 hours per day)

Pay Rate/Salary

• $25.00 - $30.00/hr. depending on experience
