Are you a reliable driver with a passion for safety and service? [School Name] is looking for a Part-Time Van Driver to transport students to and from school this summer!

This temporary position runs from July 7, 2025 to August 15, 2025 . We need a dependable individual to help us ensure our students get to school safely in the morning and home in the afternoon.

Position Overview:

Community Child Guidance Clinic is a small and nurturing educational environment, is seeking a reliable and responsible Part-Time Van Driver to provide transportation services for our students. This temporary position will require morning and afternoon shifts to ensure safe and timely transportation to and from school. We are looking for a professional with a valid V endorsement and a State of Connecticut driver’s license to join our team for the duration of this short-term role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school in a van according to the assigned schedule.
• Ensure students’ safety, comfort, and well-being during transportation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the van.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and parents regarding any transportation-related issues or concerns.
• Follow all traffic laws and school transportation guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of driving routes, student attendance, and vehicle condition.

Requirements:

• Valid State of Connecticut Driver’s License and V Endorsement .
• Experience driving passenger vans preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Must pass background checks and drug testing as required by law.
• Ability to interact respectfully with children and school staff.
• Previous experience in a driving or transportation role a plus, but not required.

Schedule:

• Morning Shift 8:00 am - 10:00 am Afternoon Shift: 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm (except Wednesday pm shift changes to 12:30 - 2:30 pm
