Full-Time. $1,200 Daily Guarantee. Up to $450,000 1st Year Potential!

A highly respected and well-established pediatric dental practice in Hudsonville is hiring a full-time Pediatric Dentist to meet growing patient demand. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and driven pediatric specialist—whether newly graduated or experienced—to step into a role with high earning potential, advanced technology, and a clear path to ownership.

The practice is fully equipped with CBCT, lasers, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and AI imaging, and serves a consistent patient base with strong demand for sedation services.

Position Highlights:

• Earning Potential: Up to $450,000+ in your first year.
• Guaranteed Compensation: $1,000 to $1,200 daily or 34–36% of collections (whichever is higher).
• Bonus Support: Up to $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus.
• Technology: CBCT, digital X-rays, CAD/CAM, laser dentistry, AI diagnostic tools, 3D printing.
• Sedation Services: Available for credentialed doctors (not required).
• Patient Base: Consistent flow in a community-trusted pediatric setting.
• Ownership Track: Partnership opportunity available after two years.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality pediatric dental care in a welcoming, child-focused environment.
• Build trust with patients and their families through clear communication and compassion.
• Diagnose and treat a full range of pediatric dental needs using modern technology.
• Perform or oversee in-office sedation if credentialed.
• Work closely with the clinical team to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited program or hospital.
• Active Michigan dental license or ability to obtain within 6 weeks.
• Excellent communication and diagnostic skills.
• Sedation credentials preferred, but not required.
• Open to new graduates and experienced pediatric dentists.
