The Data Management Analyst, Billing serves as a key contributor within the data management department, directly affecting $4.8 billion in sales spend in generating about $22 million in NVD’s per year. This role is responsible for the processing of HPSI claim related data, as well as report generation and distribution of contract pricing that assists in procuring 80% of new accounts. The Data Management Analyst, Billing assists in ensuring all supplier provided product and pricing details imported into the company database(s) adhere to program requirements and deadlines, while providing support to HPSI data management team members to ensure maximum revenue is accurately captured. This position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with regular communication with HPSI Contract Managers.
Position Reports to: Director, Data Management Operations & Claims Billing
• Manage Product Pricing Schedule (PPS) report processing
• Perform claim related processing tasks
• Assist various department team members as needed
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Support HPSI onboarding into Avendra technologies (IPP)
• Learning and supporting any eRM requirements for HPSI onboarding
• Support department/office needs such as time sensitive projects and tasks

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
