BASIC PURPOSE The Coordinator, Slotting will support an efficient warehouse by assigning products to pick and reserve slots and performing clerical and warehouse slotting duties. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Utilize Manhattan software to slot products in all warehouse areas (dry, cooler, freezer, PIR) to promote a safe working environment, maximize warehouse efficiency, and minimize errors. + Perform accurate slotting of new items as well as daily slotting moves to increase productivity and cases per pallet. + Monitor, research, and respond to Slot Check inquiries to answer internal questions about item placement. + Support Inventory Control to research and reconcile damaged product. + Support daily replenishment priorities to promote warehouse efficiency and reduce spoilage. + Perform regularly scheduled audits (aisle audits, rack labels, TI/HI, and pallet put-aways). + Communicate daily with warehouse leadership about work status, receiving errors or safety concerns. + Other duties as assigned by manager. **Schedule** : + 5am-2:30pm **BENEFITS START DAY ONE** **:** medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) life insurance and paid parental leave. _Check out our Benefits by clicking on_ _the link_ Health Plan Identifier (benefitspricing.com) **RELATIONSHIPS** + **Internal:** Warehouse leadership, Inventory Control, Replenishment, other warehouse personnel + **External:** N/A **WORK ENVIRONMENT** + The work will take place both at a desk and in normal warehouse environments including cooler and freezer areas where temperatures may be as low as -5 degrees. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** Related Experience/Requirements: + Minimum two years of experience in a warehouse administrative or clerical position. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: + Effective communication both verbally and in writing. + Excellent telephone and customer service ability. + Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. + Basic computer skills with a good knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. + Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to solve problems of limited scope. + Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support others in the department and division. Education + High school diploma or GED/equivalent required. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Prior slotting experience preferred. + Forklift, pallet jack experience.
