HOURS: 10pm-6am, Sun- Thurs; Training will be Mon-Fri 6am-2pm for 3 mos. 
Group: Remote Operations, Accounts Management

Description:
Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
Creates, deletes and modifies customer accounts. 
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. 
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns. 
Must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills. 

Requirements:
HSD/GED and 15 years of experience OR
BS and 10 years
IAT Level I Certification or higher.
Excellent Customer Service and Data Entry skills, 
MS Office proficiency. 
Windows experience.
Must be a US Citizen
Prefer Active Directory skills. 
Prefer ServiceNow Ticketing experience. 
Approximate salary range: $91,000- 98,300
A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
