Concrete Core Driller / Concrete Cutter

MEMCO is currently seeking a Concrete Core Driller / Concrete Cutter to join our team. Prior experience in concrete cutting and drilling is preferred but not required. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, drilling, and coring holes in concrete on a variety of projects. A company service truck and all necessary tools will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform concrete cutting, drilling, and coring tasks on commercial and industrial job sites
• Operate and maintain concrete saws, drills, and related equipment
• Ensure proper safety practices are followed at all times
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain assigned service truck, tools, and equipment in safe operating condition
• Occasionally travel for out-of-town projects (hotel and per diem provided)

Work Hours & Locations

• 35–60 hours per week
• Occasional Saturday work (1–2 times per month)
• Occasional out-of-town projects (2–3 days at a time, with hotel and per diem provided)
• Current project areas range from El Campo to Austin and south to the Rio Grande Valley (RGV)
• Work is primarily on commercial construction sites, with some industrial projects as well

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass drug screens (including random tests)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Dependable personal transportation
• Reside in or near Corpus Christi or Victoria, TX
• Mechanical skills and prior concrete cutting experience are a plus but not required
